TERMS OF SERVICE
by commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service.
I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.
Commissions will be through PayPal and work will begin after the commission is approved and the invoice is received.
Refunds are available if I haven't been able to start the commission.
If the piece has a due date, a rush fee may be added and its addition will be explained.
Commissions may be payed through a maximum of two installments of equal size, due on an agreed upon date.
You may not watermark my art in any way, shape, or form; this includes your logo or built-in watermarking functions like Toyhouse's.
violating the terms outlined below will result in commission termination and refund based on my refund policy.
Do not commission content including—but not limited to—bigotry, child abuse, and content intended to harm others. This applies retroactively things I am not aware of. Commissioning abusive content, turning my art into NFTs, and taking credit for my illustrations will result in the denial of future sales.
Services are not available to groups or individuals promoting violence, abuse, or bigotry towards people of color, LGBT+ individuals, et al.
